Our Sommelier Carly DiCosola has developed the wine selection at Bayona which has consistently been described as one of the most eclectic and diverse in North America.  We currently maintain approximately 600 individual wines with thousands of temperature controlled bottles that are cellared and carefully aged on site.  Ranging from rare, small production, handcrafted boutique wineries to the most renowned reserve production, first growth, premier cru and grand cru bottlings in the world; there is something to complement every meal at Bayona.  In addition, we offer dozens of wines by the glass, dessert wines, after dinner drinks and craft cocktails.  Please contact Carly directly and let her assist you in planning your next special dinner.
