Defying definition or simple classification, Susan Spicer’s food moves across a spectrum of styles and influences with only one unifying thread: the best ingredients, with their tastes always being allowed to shine through. Flavorful, balanced yet complex is Bayona’s ever-evolving menu that includes daily specials and seasonal offerings.

You’ll find hints of the Mediterranean, the Far East, North Africa, France, Italy and the whole of the United States. Chef Spicer refuses to be tied down to a single tradition or genre and because of that, dining at Bayona is always a unique experience. Bayona is also sensitive to the needs of vegetarians, vegans and those with other specific diets. There is always a daily vegetarian special available, and we are able to work with almost anyone’s dietary concerns.
